Lender (as "A") and borrower (as "B" ) lease the contents of the lease described here to the following provisions entered into a loan agreement.

I/We agree that we are renting the room(s) for stay, not hotel.
Terms of Lease Agreement:
1. I/We agree to all house rules and use the guest space properly.
2. I/We agree to use the building only for stay, never use for business activities.
3. I/We agree to allow the manager of the building to enter the rooms if required for the management of the building.
4. I/We will stay in the building during the reservation more than 2 night at least.
5. I/We agree to be charged for 2 night at least in the case that I/we cancel for personal circumstances during stay in the building
6. I/We agree to pay for reasonable repairs to damages inflicted to the property during my stay. (e.g. break home appliances, furniture and all space we offer)
7. I/We will not exceed the number of guests which already booked.
8. I/We will not make noise above normal levels especially after 10 PM.
I/We agree to pay 100 USD if there is a noise complaint made against us.
9. I/We will not speak above a quiet voice level outside of the property, on approach to and from the property, and agree to be silent in common space in the building.
10. I/We will contact to host if there's something to ask, not to residents.
11. I/We will smoke only restricted area. I/We will not smoke in the room and around the building.
12. I/We will not loiter on the street around the building.
13. I/We will not put anything on either of common space and around the building. (parking is not allowed also) It will be subject to get forced removal and get fined.
14. I/We agree to pay 300 USD if we lose or damage the portable WiFi unit.
15. I/We will not change the settings on the wifi. I/We will agree to pay 300 USD /day wifi fee if anybody changed the settings on the wifi.
16. I/We agree to pay 50 USD for key replacement for lost keys. (Price may be higher depending on the lock)
17. I/We will not throw the garbage away around the guest space. I/We will follow the house rules.
On accident; I/we acknowledge there are no responsibility on landlord & host for any injuries during the stay.
As the signer of this document I/we agree to take responsibility for the safety ourselves.
Emergency; If any disaster happen, please see the evacuation guide and follow it.
＊This room is not hotel but staying space which adjacent to next door.
Your cooperation must be necessary to keep running this space for good way.

私たちはホテルではなく、宿泊するスペースとして当物件を借りることに同意します。
以下の説明を読んでいただき、下記の空欄に入力の上、送信願います。
貸出契約の条項:
1. 私たちはハウスルールに基づき、当スペースを適切に使うことに同意します。
2. 私たちは滞在のみを目的とし、施設内での営業行為などはしません。
3. 私たちは施設の管理上、特に必要がある時は管理者が立ち入ることに同意します。
4. 私たちは２泊３日以上の予約した期間で滞在します。
5. 私たちは都合により、中途解約する時は、２泊３日に満たない期間の返金を受けられないことに同意します。
6. 私たちは滞在中に発生させた紛失や故障についてペナルティを支払うことに同意します。 (家具、家電、室内の壁や床、また建物全てが対象です）
7. 私たちは予約時の人数を超過した人数で利用しないことに同意します。
8. 私たちは午後10時以降は通常より大きな声、音を出さないことに同意します。騒音に関してのクレームを受けた場合には100USDを支払うことに同意します。
9. 私たちは当スペースに来る途中、周辺、外出する際に大きな声を出さないことに同意します。また建物内の共用スペースにおいても同様に大きな声を出しません。
10. もし分からないことがあった場合は周辺の住民ではなく、メッセージや電話でホストに連絡します。
11. 私たちは喫煙は指定された場所でのみ行うことに同意します。室内およびスペースの近隣では喫煙しません。
12. 私たちはスペース周辺でたむろしないことに同意します。
13. 私たちはスペースの共用部や周辺に荷物を置いたり、また近隣に車を無断で停車および駐車しないことに同意します。 もし発覚した場合は強制撤去およびペナルティが発生します。
14. 私たちはWifi本体を故障させた場合300USDを支払うことに同意します。
15. 私たちはWifiの設定を勝手に変更しないことに同意します。万が一その場合にはペナルティとして300USDを支払うことに同意します。
16. 私たちは鍵を紛失した場合に50USDを支払うことに同意します。（鍵の種類により高くなる場合があります）
17. 私たちはハウスルールに基づき、ごみを無断で当スペースの周辺に捨てないことに同意します。
事故や怪我; 私たちは滞在中のいかなる怪我においてもホストおよびオーナーに一切の責任が無いことに同意します。こちらにサインをする私たちは自分たちで安全を心がけます。
緊急災害時; 災害が起こった場合は、非難マニュアルに基づいて対応してください。
＊当スペースは宿泊専用施設ではなく一般の住居と隣接しており、ゲストの皆様がマナーとルールを守って頂くことで成り立っています。皆様がトラブルなく気持ちよく使って頂くためのルールとなりますので、何卒ご理解ください。
このスペースはホテルではなく、隣人のあるスペースです。
このスペースを円滑に活用するためには、あなたの協力が必要です。
